Initiate Your Request
Log into your WinterlandInc account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
